• Invoices will be sent for any fees associated with your reservation
• Spring Sports Team reservations open February 1st
• School Event reservations (hosted by an HOA member) open March 1st, by emailing kingsgate12reservations@gmail.com
• All reservations open May 1 at 7am

Pool:

• Available every night and weekend mornings
• Limited to a maximum of two (2) weekend days, per lot, per season
• Payment secures reservation
• Adult must be present at all times if any in party are under 17
• Must dispose of own trash and clean up after self
• Full rental fee must be paid to secure reservation using portal. **Pool Manager reserves the exclusive right to determine the actual lifeguard requirement for each pool party and any additional cost if more guards are required.

Picnic Area & Ball Field:

• Park hours are 7am-10pm
• Private parties can reserve up to 7 hours at a time
• Must clean up after party, up to $50 penalty if not
• Maximum is 75 people (unless board approved)
• Areas are open during unreserved times
• Clean up after your dog
• Sports teams may reserve fields (see sports reservation form for times)
• No organized team reservations between Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend
