Homeowners’ association board meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the month at 7:00pm (Jan-Oct). Generally, in late spring, summer, and early fall, we meet at the park’s picnic shelter. Late fall, winter and early spring, we meet at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church (11611 NE 140th St, Kirkland, WA 98034). Date, time, and location are subject to change.
The last fifteen minutes of each meeting is reserved for homeowners in good standing to bring questions, concerns, and ideas to the table. Please try and let us know ahead of time if you plan to join by contacting the board.
